Returns Policy

• Please note that we are not the company that sells pillows in shopping centres if you have purchased a pillow in this way and have a problem with it you must return it to where you have bought it, no exceptions.
• Please note if for any reason your pillow is faulty or damaged please send it back to us within one week of delivery no later thank you.
• Wrong colour is not a valid reason for exchange or refund as it states clearly on website that we do send alternative colours.
• We will not incur or accept responsibility for any postage charges for returned, exchanged or refunded items in all cases the cuctomer will be charged for postage and packaging.
